PRESIDENT - ELLE/HER/SHE

Jennifer Brodeur, the founder of JB Skin Sävvi (formerly known as JB Skin Guru), is an inspiring female entrepreneur, teacher, and skin strategist with over 25 years of experience in the aesthetics beauty industry. Dedicated to a gluten-free diet due to Celiac disease, Brodeur actively promotes a holistic lifestyle to her loyal clients through her products and advanced therapeutic tools to reveal skin’s natural beauty.

Fueled by her desire to nurture the next generation of researchers and developers, Ms. Brodeur enrolled at Université de Sherbrooke in 1996 to obtain her teaching degree. During her seven years as a teacher at the CFPV (Centre de formation professionnelle de Verdun), from 1996 to 2003, she shared her expertise in skin physiology, chemistry, research and development of aesthetic products and market knowledge. At the same time, she developed a training and professional development program for students at École Secondaire Monseigneur Richard and developed programs for the Canadian government.

In addition to her teaching, Ms. Brodeur continued to learn and grow as a skin strategist and a product developer. Jennifer has traveled around the globe to obtain her knowledge in advanced skin analysis, cosmetic chemistry, oncology aesthetics, nutritional medicine, and organic skincare formulation.

Known for her study and deep knowledge of light therapy, Brodeur created Max+ in 2003, a highlight sought-after LED light therapy device used by leading aestheticians. The success of Max+ positioned Brodeur as a global light therapy consultant, which attracted an inspiring, elite, and powerful clientele.
In 2009, Jennifer opened her very first skincare clinic, which fueled her dream of launching her own skincare line. Seven years and three clinics later, it was time to jump into the unknown again. The JB Skin Guru brand was launched in 2016 to offer peoni, Jennifer’s first skincare collection.

Jennifer continues to expand her role in the lives of her clients through her workshops and her first book, La peau et ses secrets, in which she explains to her loyal audience the benefits of healthy eating and balanced lifestyle – in short, a healthy mind in a healthy body.

In 2021, Jennifer advances her vision by acquiring a farm in Knowlton. It’s a dream come true for her: a peony farm. Currently, her main focus is to continue expanding JB Skin Sävvi around the world, with the products now B Corp and Ecocert COSMOS certified.

Outside of her business, Jennifer has served on the board of directors of Allergies Québec since 2020. She is also one of the activators of Coralus. In addition, since 2018, she has been sharing her expertise on business vision at the Beauce School of Entrepreneurship as part of 24-hour immersions.

Jazz Turgeon

VICE-PRESIDENT - ELLE/HER/SHE

Jazz Turgeon brings DRIVE, DIRECTION and CREATIVITY to the JB Skin Sävvi team.

Beyond her role as Vice President, and ally to Jennifer Brodeur for the last 10 years, the company’s Founder & CEO, her mission is to create an influential and impactful movement that will change the conversation surrounding the beauty world.

Passionate about wellness and marketing she has dedicated the last 17 years of her career to skin care and has experienced and worked every facet of the industry, making her an incredible and knowledgeable resource. Her notable journey extends beyond the surface of the esthetic industry, to the real sources of authentic beauty: true health and well-being in BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT.

A visionary, Jazz sees the uniqueness and beauty in each project, team, and woman. She passionately believes in building a strong community that will change the narrative for women worldwide. Her curiosity continuously pushes her to develop new tools and innovative channels to implicate and educate the customers and share JB Skin Sävvi’s essence and message.

Her personal touch, relentless grit and conceptual approach resonate deeply and are at the core of her wise counsel, artistic vision and leadership. Jazz’s special attention to detail, sense of esthetics, passion, and efficiency are irreplaceable. According to JB Skin Sävvi’s partners and clientèle, Jazz is a precious collaborator, loyal coworker, clever colleague and a true gem.

Currently on maternity leave until May 2024. Although she is greatly missed, the entire JB Skin Sävvi Team is thrilled for Jazz and her expanding family. Congratulations on your beautiful new addition!

Rebecca Labelle

Marketing & Communications Director - ELLE/HER/SHE

She exudes a genuine love and passion for what she does, which is evident in her happy and giggly personality. Her enthusiasm for her work is infectious and her joyful demeanor brings a positive energy to the team, creating a motivating and uplifting atmosphere.

She completed a 3-year technical program in entrepreneurship, where she discovered a passion for business and marketing. During her time in the program, she gained a solid foundation in various aspects of entrepreneurship, honed her skills in marketing strategies, and developed a keen understanding of business principles. With a newfound love for the field of business and marketing, she made the decision to further her studies by pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.

Since completing her studies, she has gained valuable experience that will be a significant asset to JB Skin Sävvi. Her motivation, ambition, creativity, and strong emotional intelligence have propelled her to excel in various professional roles and develop a well-rounded skill set.

In her free time, she loves indulging in her hobbies, including swimming and spending quality time with her fiancé and adorable Shiba Inu Kitsu. In addition to her hobbies, she is also a self-proclaimed coffee fanatic. Her love for coffee also serves as a reminder of her ability to savor the simple pleasures in life.

Tania Cowlishaw

CUSTOMER CARE - ELLE/HER/SHE

With an esthetic and administrative background, Tania was the perfect latest addition to the JB Skin Sävvi team. Tania overseas all client’s requests and concerns in order to solve and provide outstanding customer service to the JB Skin Sävvi community.

She also manages all of JB Skin Sävvi’s stockists and accounts through constant support such as providing promotions and product information.

Her passion for organization, her eye for detail as well as her knack for problem solving are true assets to the team. She assists all clients thoroughly enhancing their JB Skin Sävvi experience. From order placement, skin care recommendations and more, clients are in the best of hands with Tania. On top of providing best-in-class customer service, her administrative skills have already helped the team and business grow!

Mama to her daughter Willow Su and fur babies Melano and Tabby, Tania fuels up on coffee, cuddles, and music to juggle her days alongside her fiancé, Nicholas.
