All orders placed on www.jbskinsavvi.com are typically processed within 3-5 business days directly from the JB Skin Sävvi Headquarters in Knowlton, Canada. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email validating the reception of your order by our team.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Business days are defined as “Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm” and do not include holidays and weekends.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the appropriate tracking information to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekend.
All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post while all USA and International orders are shipped with UPS.

Refunds are issued in the unlikely event you experienced a negative and unknown response to the product within 30 days of purchase and once the skin evaluation form has been completed. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
Refunds do not apply to formula updates or changes made as part of our ongoing commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize responsible practices.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a $10 re-stocking fee, plus taxes, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete.

Please note that skin consultations or treatments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, an online store credit will be issued.
If an item from your order is defective or missing, please contact customercare@jbskinsavvi.com as soon as possible after receiving your order to advise us of the issue. We are unable to assist with items that are defective and/or missing items outside the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe.
JB Skin Sävvi does not assume responsibility for any import duties, broker fees, customs charges, or taxes associated with US or international shipments. The purchaser is solely responsible for these additional costs. It's important to be aware that, starting from July 1st, 2021, EU countries will be subject to VAT under new regulations. The specific charges vary by country, and we cannot provide an estimate.
